Don’t bother bringing your toddler here. I called today at 11:05 and spoke to a Veronica which informed me if the child cannot sit by themselves they cannot receive a haircut...this is so absurd, of course my child can sit by himself but he is 1 year and 3 months! We have gone to plenty other sport clips where he was able to sit on his mother’s lap but now it’s not okay? Lost our business... Not to mention last time I was there I had long hairs behind my ear that I didn’t notice till 4 days later. Yes, they did a free neck trip along with fixing the issue but clearly detailing is also an issue here.
